Returns

30-Day Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return.
Eligibility:
o Your Tent, Lighting, Chair, or Accessory must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
o Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:

  1. Email [store_email] with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for approval—we’ll send a prepaid shipping label (free) and return instructions.
  3. Pack it securely and ship to:

    o For U.S. Returns: 5605 Wesley St, Greenville, TX 75402, United States
    o For International Returns (e.g., from Asia): Rm 9042, 9/F, Block B Chung Mei Centre 15-17 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

  4. We’ll email you when it’s received.
    Note: Unapproved returns won’t be accepted—always check with us first! International returns (outside the U.S.) may take longer—expect 10-20 days transit, plus customs.

Damages and Issues

Report: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item’s defective, damaged, or wrong.
Process:
o Send clear photos of the issue to support@bluerees.shop.
o We’ll provide a prepaid return label (we cover it).
o Using your own carrier? We can’t refund those costs.
Resolution: Post-inspection, we’ll email you about your refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom orders (e.g., engraved accessories), or hazardous items (e.g., flammable camp fuel) can’t be returned. Questions? Hit us up!

Exchanges

• We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then order anew at bluerees.shop.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the EU, you can cancel or return within 3 days of delivery, no reason needed. Same rules apply: unused, with tags, in original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

Refunds

Fast and Fee-Free:
o Timeframe: Approved returns are processed within 3 business days of reaching our U.S. facility.
o Method: Refunds hit your original payment (e.g., PayPal, bank card)—we’ll email to confirm, just reply to wrap it up.
o Cost: No fees—you get back what you paid for the item.
o Full Order Returns: Return everything? We’ll refund the total, including original shipping (if charged).
Note: Bank delays might add 5-15 business days. No refund after 15 days? Email support@bluerees.shop.
