At Bluerees, every Tent, Light, Chair, Blanket, and Accessory is made-to-order, crafted one at a time for top-notch quality. Delivery times might shift, but that’s how we keep our prices sharp. Thanks for pitching in with us!
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, depending on your location.
Processing and Shipping Times
• Order Processing: Orders are handled Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days, then shipped the next business day from our hub in Grand Island, NE. No weekend shipping.
• Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide.
• Transit Times:
o United States: 3-7 business days (after processing)
o International: 20-25 business days (after processing)
• Current Delays: Global hiccups may add 10-15 days—thanks for hanging in there!
• Note: These are estimates—customs or carrier delays might stretch things out.
Shipping Fees
Our flat-rate fees cover all shipping costs—order as much gear as you like:
• United States: $5.99 USD
• International: $19.99 USD
Order Tracking
• After shipping, you’ll get an email with a tracking link from support@bluerees.shop.
• Tracking Notes:
o Updates may take 1-3 business days to show.
o No info yet? The carrier’s still processing—check back soon.
o Late delivery? Email support@bluerees.shop with your order number—we’ll sort it out!
Get Your Address Right
• Double-check your details at checkout! Wrong or missing info might delay your gear or send it back. We’ll reach out to fix it if needed—customs can slow things too.
Incorrect Address Policy
• Responsibility: You’re on the hook for a correct address. We’re not liable if your order hits the wrong spot you gave us.
• Redirection: If you reroute it via the carrier after it leaves our warehouse, we can’t cover loss, theft, or damage.
